- To ensure that bills and statement are sent to their respective clients on time.
- Should ensure that after submitting the bills and statement, the customers are met at least once in a week and Thrice in a month to understand the customer requirements
- Should ensure that Customers queries are responded with in 48 hours..-Should ensure that payments are collected as per CAF.
- To closely monitor the credit limits and credit period.
Qualification: B.COM, M.COM, CA
